before applying the shampoo.

Massage a generous amount of TRUVEDA Volumizing
Shampoo into your scalp using gentle circular motions. Work
the lather through the lengths before rinsing thoroughly.

Step 3: Condition
Apply TRUVEDA Volumizing Conditioner from the midlengths
to the ends of your hair. Avoid applying directly to the
scalp.

Step 4: Leave On
Allow the conditioner to remain on your hair for two to three
minutes so the nourishing botanical ingredients can deeply
condition each strand.

Step 5: Rinse
Rinse thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water until all
product has been removed.
